Real Estate Photography Services


Standard Shoot: $115.00
Standard shoots will take approximately one hour and will include both interior and exterior. This also includes one hour of post production in this package and generate up to 15 images. Generally we consider a standard property to be under 2500 sq/ft.


Mid-Range Shoot: $145.00
Slightly larger homes, up to 4000 sq/ft. This package includes one and one half hours on site and an equal amount of post production time. We will provide up to 22 finished images for this level of service.


Estate Shoot: $175.00
Homes up to 5000 sq/ft. These will take approximately two hours of shooting and an equal amount of time in post edit. You may also be charged this rate if your property has a large amount of detail. If you have an estate over 5000 sq. ft. feel free to contact us to discuss the option of a custom package to better suit your needs.


Exterior Only/Repeat Visit: $65.00
One to five images, including but not limited to additional nighttime shots or exterior shots delivered prior to the scheduled regular shoot. This is a per-visit minimum charge. Please see our cancellation policy for more details.


Rush Orders: $50.00
Please be sure to schedule your photo shoot as soon as you have a listing agreement. There will be an additional fee if you should need to schedule a shoot for Next Day Service.


Same Day Image Delivery: $25.00
Please inform at the time of the appointment if you need rush delivery of your images. We will make every effort to accommodate you at that time, however, our schedule does not always guarantee this service.


Additional Digital Imaging Editing: $85.00/hour
This applies to removal or alteration of features or objects as necessary. We will consult you before proceeding with this option.


All materials are guaranteed to be as specified and in accordance with the details and locations discussed. All files will be delivered electronically within 72 hours from the time of the shoot unless otherwise discussed. K. Smith Photography Services offers many services not listed here.
